How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are in Seattle and on traffic. When you call we'll give you an honest arrival estimate, and we'll let you know if anything changes on the way.
How much will it cost?
Every job is different, so we'll ask a few questions on the phone and give you a quote. We confirm the price with you on site before any work begins.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If your locks work well and you just want old keys to stop working, for example after moving in or losing a key, rekeying is usually the quicker and cheaper option. If a lock is worn, damaged or you want better security, replacement makes more sense. We'll tell you which fits your situation.
Can you make a car key if I've lost all of them?
In many cases, yes. We can cut and program replacement keys and fobs for many makes and models on site. Have your vehicle's make, model and year handy when you call.
Will you damage my door or lock during a lockout?
We use non-destructive entry methods whenever possible. If a lock does have to be drilled, we'll explain why first and replace it on the spot.
What do I need to show you?
For your safety and ours, we ask for a photo ID and proof that you live at the address or own the vehicle, such as a lease, bill or registration.
